Mikri Vigla

A project right on the beach – 70 meters from the most famous wind and kitesurfing beach !

We built 8 units, 2 apartments on 1st. floor and 6 maisonettes (distributed on 2 floors), all with private garden and in REAL walking distance to the sea. We are “talking” about the beach of Mikri Vigla, famous for wind and kite surfers, a place where people are coming back year after year. The area offers good services, such as supermarket, several tavernas and a couple of bars. Moreover there are a couple of windsurf/kitesurf centres, where our clients enjoy and learn the art of “managing the wind and the waves”.

The houses are of various sizes, from 45 upto 80 m2. Apart the private garden for each house, there is also a common garden and a shared pool, to enjoy before or after the beach!
