The location is very convenient because only 700 meters from the beach of Ag. Anna and all the restaurants, bars and supermarkets there. Moreover in Ag. Anna there is the bus connection, bringing you to Naxos town or to Plaka beach.

Block12, is a new design concept, with SUPER good insulation (useful both in summer and winter), granite stones and white plaster in an elegant mixture with sharp design cuts around the windows. It’s “a first time”  project in Naxos, due to the fact that each house has its own pool.

There are 12 houses of different sizes from 63 to 90 m2, some houses are distributed on 2 floors others on one floor, some houses has the option to have 3 bedrooms, but could also be 2 bedrooms with the result of obtaining a bigger living room.
