Villa Hermes

A house in the height, a place where it seams that you are in an airplane, a property with a fantastic view! A villa built for a Swiss family, who spend all their holidays on Naxos, enjoying the good weather, the wind and the sea.

The villa has been developed upon request of the family which had bought a nice big piece of land of 6.700 m2. The major request was to create a big holiday home with 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom and two bedrooms – one for each child, sharing a bathroom). Moreover it was important for our client to have a big storage room separately from the house, close to the garage/parking area. They also needed a guest house with a bedroom and a living room/kitchen, so as to have guests, but in a different building as to the main house.
