Villa La Punta – Ag. Paraskevi

This project is a ONE Villa on a big piece of land of 4.000 m2 with wonderful view on the hill of Paraskevi, near Plaka, Only 7 km from Naxos town. The villa has been designed “going i bit back in time”, creating the concept of a little “town square”, where the various occupants of the villa will meet and “use a the traffic conjunction”, going from one part of the house to another. The Villa is composed by 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The “main house” has a nice big living room with open plan big kitchen, pantry, guest toilet and master bedroom. Further more there are 2 separate building, each with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The pergola zone has a huge outdoor kitchen and fantastic view to the sea and nature.

Water is an important element in this project. The pool “flows” as a small river, from the “square” through the pergola zone and then it become a jacuzzi and pool.
