Villa Sangrilà

A FAMILY RIUNION villa of 196 m2, on a very nice plot of land of 4.000 m2 on the hills facing the south from Vivlos towards Plaka, with unobstructed wonderful view.

The villa has been designed upon request by the Client – a french couple, that wished to create a place for them and for their family (son, daughter, their respective wife and husband with grand children, who will enjoy their summer holiday with grandma and grandpa).

The house has been designed and built according to the need of creating free and relaxing spaces for everybody visiting the house. This need has been respected by building separate building for each function in the house. Means there is a building for: kitchen function, living room, laundry/storage, master bedroom and yet another for guests (3 bedrooms).

Everything kept simple with seaview from ALL rooms and totally integrated into the nature. Infact the majority of the building are made in stones and only ONE building (the living room) is white!
