Incontrare Gitte e le sue “opere” è stato innamoramento a prima vista. La cura e la modernità delle costruzioni ci ha colpito perché rispecchiano le nostre esigenze in termini di qualità e architettura. Anche la parte amministrativa è stata semplice e il suo ufficio è sempre pronto a rispondere alle domande e a operare sul territorio per noi. Se dovessi dare un voto a tutto il servizio, direi 5 stelle!!!! Ci piacerebbe molto poter acquistare ancora con lei o far costruire una abitazione ad hoc. Chissà se in futuro succederà! Abbiamo scelto Naxos perchè è a misura d’uomo, è perfetta per le famiglie ed è un’isola sicura e moderna. " EIN PERFEKTES INVESTMENT
Wir haben uns vor 2 Jahren ganz kurzfristig für eines von Gittes Projekten entschieden, eigentlich als Renditeobjekt um es zu vermieten. Es ist jedoch so schön geworden, dass wir nun oft selbst Zeit dort verbringen. Wir hatten viele Möglichkeiten, uns in der Bauphase einzubringen und auch Veränderungen nach unseren Vorstellungen vorzunehmen. Gitte hatte immer ein offenes Ohr, die Baucrew was sehr hilfsbereit und die Qualitaet des Baus entspricht den Standards, die wir von anderen hochwertigen Immobilienprojekten in Europa gewohnt sind. Auch nach 2 Jahren Vermietung haben wir keine wesentlichen Schäden oder Baufehler zu beklagen. "

OPA is the adjective to describe Naxos! We decided to buy a house for the great diversity of experiences and beaches available on the island, good place to island hop from, excellent food and the most-friendly people. Our life during the summer season is fun-filled, relaxing, and leaves you looking forward to the next visit. Normally we use the house between ourselves, friends, and family more or less 30-45 days per year and we like to relax in our 2 favorite beaches, Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna. We haven’t spent much time on Naxos outside of the summer, but our favorite time to come is mid-to late September, because airfare is cheaper, the island is less crowded, the weather is ideal and the water is still warm. We usually rent our house during summer.
Veronis Jakobsen does very high-quality work at reasonable prices. They are creative and they build with the spirit of the owners in mind. If you are in doubt, all you have to do is look at the before/after pictures of our Villa Luna and you will engage Veronis Jakobsen too!!! We absolutely would recommend Veronis Jakobsen, also because the service is customer-centric. Finally: an adjective to describe our house? PHENOMENAL!"

We fell in love with Naxos at first sight… we also love the special architecture of the Cyclades… Building in a foreign country when you don’t live there is not easy and it was not in our plans… but when we saw the projects of Veronis Jakobsen, we were willing to go for this adventure! They made it possible: Gitte was always there to answer our questions, proactive and available. She was on the site for us and communicated regularly with us by mail, phone, etc. She was also there to advise material, shops, etc. We have to mention as well Giouli, her secretary, always there to help. The planning was held, and the little problems that happen in all projects were solved to our satisfaction. This summer will be the third we spend in our Greek home, with nice design, amazing view, a place where we can invite family and friends. We also like Easter & October there. And we will not get tired about Naxos, where are our friends, activities we like (hiking, diving, windsurfing, swimming…) and great food. Naxos is for us a place for happiness!"

Within 2 weeks, Gitte organized everything with the lawyer and the notaries… supported us to find craftsmen, furniture… Gitte is very professional, she understood our needs, she met the deadlines and she was adaptable… to make our dreams reality!"

" FEEL IN LOVE WITH MY HOUSE!!!
Naxos has such good energy, each time, when I arrive on Naxos, I feel coming home and the place they build my house is so energetic too. When I´m there, it`s my “batteries really get loaded”; the people of the island are open and friendly and the food is excellent – healthy (local products). This island has clean air, a fantastic blue sea, magnificent views from above, pure nature in the mountains and on the countryside, plus wild rocks everywhere. In summer I prefer the smaller beaches near my house around Orkos, because they are not so crowded. During the winter season Naxos is calm & pure but also sunny nearly most of the year and Chora is a lively town. I also appreciate it for the very famous carnival in February. I am planning to stay in my house 2 months a year and will invite family and friend – my house is a perfect place to bring people together, furthermore I am also planning to rent it out. An adjective to describe my house? Magnificent – best house for me all over the world – it is a dream!! I choose Veronis Jakobsen because they offered me the house – I saw a picture of my house in the real estate office and directly „fell in love“ with it! They are professional house builders – and give very good and individual advice and I can recommend them WITHOUT HESITATION."

I know Naxos since 1981, when I came many years as a backpacker, sleeping on the beach and doing Windsurfing. I always wanted to buy a property here, but only in the past three years I decided to have a closer look. Last year I finally made the contract and made my dream come true. I prefer the green Naxos in May/June and the relaxed Naxos in September/October. My favorite beach is Agios Prokopios and normally during the spring season I practice some sports, as walking, cycling and swimming, but in autumn my only sport is relaxing! I chose Veronis Jakobsen because is the only company which offers ready-for-use houses. Reliable also after sales and I think the service they offered me really excellent and, of course, I would recommend them to my friends!"

" A NEW HOUSE!!!!
We built a house in Mikri Vigla, Náxos, in 2002, and in 2017 we felt the house needed an upgrade. We had heard good things about Veronis Jakobsen and contacted Gitte Jakobsen. A lovely lady who had great ideas that we felt were exactly what we needed! In three short weeks the team at Veronis Jakobsen gutted our kitchen and two bathrooms. New kitchen, made by local company Moustakis, were put in. Beautiful white custom-made kitchen! The two bathrooms were totally transformed with cementigonia, new sinks and new faucets! Very up to date! They also designed a desk and bookshelves in cementogonia, and that made our living room very special! They helped us install warm water in the outside shower, and that made all the difference! Now we hardly shower inside! These people are very professional and trustworthy, and we absolutely recommend them both for building houses and remodeling houses.
